Norton Free Church of England Primary School (Voluntary Controlled) is a through primary school catering for pupils within the 4+ to 10+ age range. The school is located in a pleasant residential area on the southern side of the city of Sheffield and draws from this catchment and the surrounding district. At present the children are arranged in a Reception class and six year classes, each class being of flat year groups. The school’s last OFSTED inspection was in January 2012. This report was good and commented favourably on how well children are well cared for and how their personal development is good.
