About me


A desire to improve the human experience has permeated my work and my life, from my student jobs and co-ops (internships) to volunteering and my career.

In my work in employee experience, I draw learnings from numerous domains through my education and experience, including accounting, human resources, teaching, emarketing strategy, internal communications and information architecture. These give me wider perspective to better understand and cater to the needs of customers and stakeholders – both internal and external – of the organisations with which I work.

My passion for diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, has led me to embed allyship, accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability into my “day job” while also advocating actively within and outside of the organisation in which I work.
